Final Draft

Well, yep a few tweaks needed made.  Got grade back from Professor, needed to change some things up like the introduction and conclusion.  and well the references too.  Remember I said I always mess up in past post, well yes I did.  No indent.  I'll link what I used to reference to make those indents in Word below.  The body of the research paper though had a good score, so no major changes needed there.  So few minor tweaks and it should be ready to go!. Thanks everyone who read / commented on my post.   Link to reference help - https://asklibrary.com.edu/faq/57140

Rough Draft

Everything has been written out.  Looks kinda good.  Some more tweaking for sure.  The main topics I went with were Start of Smart Home Technology, Convenience, Home Prevention and Protection, Security, and Cons of Smart Home Technology.  Any thoughts?  I had a few more main topics and sub topics but man the paper got super long.  5-7 pages and kinda above that now as is.  But material looks good. Well, time to submit.

Mid Research Paper

Wow, lots of information over the past week I been researching.  I have my main topics and created my subtopics and outline.  Think I have a pretty good thought on how I am going to arrange everything and bring it together.  I found some good references.  some actual references.  Remember people, make sure your references are credible.  A blog like mine with me stating some things may sound good and can be true, but its not really credible.  And make sure you know how to indent the references.  I always suck at that.   Time to type.

Beginning of Research Paper

I'm back.     For our class, we needed to choose a web-related or internet based topic and create a research paper.  One of the first ideas to pop in my head was smart home technology.  I think its a popular growing technology that uses the internet to enable some of its features.  I found a couple websites that helped back up my thoughts of smart home technology of its benefits, but also its negatives.  Did you know that this type of technology was being developed in 1960s?  An engineer named Jim Sutherland worked on an invention called Echo IV that was supposed to control things like  temperature and make shopping list.
